Mr. V. Satish Kumar is a VVIPS Alumnus working as Senior Coder, QMBS, Hyderabad. The topics discussed in the program are opportunities in medical coding, eligibility, skills required, Career Advancement i.e., Several participants secured employment in medical coding roles, while others progressed in their existing careers with newfound knowledge and skills. By this program students felt very happy and it is a very interactive session. It is very useful to the students of B. Pharmacy and M. Pharmacy educated about various opportunities in medical coding. Participants gained a better understanding of the role and significance of medical coding in healthcare delivery. The Medical Coding Career Guidance Program played a significant role in equipping individuals with the knowledge, skills and support needed to pursue rewarding careers in medical coding. Overall session on career guidance went smoothly and we have a very good response from the students.
